Our next match is for the WEC Ab Destruction Championship as champion Carmen Tocheniuk defends against Vanelle Lyn.
Both women are in their respective locker rooms getting ready for the contest.
Holly Sonders is backstage with the challenger: Vanelle Lyn.
“Vanelle, both you & Alicia have had it rough lately, do you feel this is step one in your redemption?”
“Simply put, Holly…yes! Alicia & I each have World Championship matches tonight against Lauren Phillips, if we lose, we must retire! Steve, I mean, Sabrina has promised us one more one one one match, one of us will get Madison, the other gets Deja. If we both win, we get one more tag team match against Madison & Deja. Holly, if I have to retire tonight, in the words of Shawn Michaels…I’m going down…IN A BLAZE OF GLORY!” Vanelle says, walking away.
Vanelle Lyn makes her way to the ring. She’s wearing a black sports bra & and matching spandex shorts.
Vanelle enters the ring & stands in her corner.
Holly Sonders is now backstage with the champion: Carmen Tocheniuk.
“Carmen, your thoughts on Vanelle Lyn?”
“Don’t make me laugh, Holly! That’s all I have to say!” Carmen says, walking away.
Carmen Tocheniuk makes her way to the ring, she’s wearing a blue sports bra and matching spandex shorts.
Carmen enters the ring & stands in her corner.
Ring announcer Cathy Kelley enters the ring to make the official introductions.
“Ladies & gentlemen! The following contest is scheduled for one fall & it is for the WEC Ab Destruction Championship!
“Introducing first: the challenger: from Charlotte, North Carolina…please welcome…VANELLE LYN!”
Vanelle smiles & waves to the crowd.
“Her opponent: from: Canada…she is the…REIGNING…DEFENDING…WEC AB DESTRUCTION CHAMPION…PLEASE WELCOME…CARMEN TOCHENIUK!”
Carmen flexes & smiles for the crowd.
The bell rings, and both women circle each other.
Carmen delivers a very powerful punch to Vanelle’s stomach, causing her to double over in pain.
Carmen now gives Vanelle several belly to belly overhead throws. And now back Vanelle in a corner & just begins hammering away on Vanelle’s abs.
After about 5 minutes, Carmen easily lifts Vanelle over her head for a military press slam.
Feeling she’s toyed with her prey long enough. Carmen wraps Vanelle in a reverse bear hug and violently swings her from side to side.
As this happens, Vanelle passss out.
The referee quickly calls for the bell.

Carmen flexes her muscles for several minutes after the match.
